Transformative Learning Specialist: Recognizing that sustainable change begins with individual growth and development, I am a dedicated proponent of transformative learning. I have designed and implemented customized learning programs that foster disorienting dilemmas, critical reflection, dialogue, and the application of new perspectives, leading to holistic personal and professional growth.
