Speaking

SPEAKING

I wish i could write these words in braille so someone could feel what i'm saying

A speaker can elevate or wreck an event in a matter of moments. In nearly 2 decades of professional ministry, I have booked several speakers and performers for events. I quickly learned the weight of responsibility and trust you have to muster as an event planner when it comes to choosing a speaker and performer.

Thank you for considering me as a possible speaker for you. It means a lot more to me than you realize.

A BIT ABOUT ME
I have been speaking and performing for more than 15 years. I have spoken all over the country at state conventions, college chapels, camps, retreats, conferences, concerts, and churches. I have also performed comedy and spoken word poetry for many of the same venues. I have appeared on radio programs and various web-based interviews. I have also emcee’d large conferences and conventions.

WHAT PEOPLE MOST ASK ME TO SPEAK ABOUT
Of course I'd love to talk about my book, but I prefer to meet the needs you have for your event. Some of the most common topics are: recovery from distorted images of God, faith and your culture, faith in and through pain and hurt, faith and creativity, general topics such as grace, gospel, and faith.

I love to go and speak to others with urgency to communicate the outrageous love of God to those who have not or cannot believe it.

SO WHAT NOW
Thank you again for considering me as a speaker or performer for your event. Your next step is simply to check my availability. FLATTERY
“PC is a man with an aptitude for looking head-on at the ways the church has distorted and destructively misapplied the essential message of Christ–he is also someone with a zeal to be a humble, repentant voice for reconciliation with a hurting world.”
-Stuart Erny, Director of Campus Ministries, Anderson University

“Sometimes I am with other Christians and get motivated, simply out of guilt.  This motivates me for about 1 day.  With other believers, I hear their honest struggle, but without hope.  In my conversations with PC, I hear raw authenticity, where there are no wrong questions and all are allowed.  I also hear a heart that looks beyond himself to One who loves him where he is at and woos him, without shame, to a better place.”
– Todd Davis, Counselor and Professor
